Stacey Holland
Stacey Holland founded ABC Consulting after more than 25 years of helping schools, educators, and families navigate special education with confidence. Throughout her career, she has led special education programs, developed behavior support systems, coached administrators and educators, and advocated for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
Her experience has taken her beyond Colorado, where she worked with the Hawaii Department of Education to support residential programs serving students with complex behavioral and educational needs.
Unlike many consultants, Stacey has worked as a teacher, founded and operated an accredited therapeutic K–12 school, led a multi-district special education department, and partnered with families at every stage of the special education journey. She understands every side of the table and believes the best outcomes happen when schools and families work together.
That belief — to treat every child as if they were your own — guides every recommendation, every conversation, and every decision. Whether she's supporting a district, coaching a team, or helping a family navigate the special education process, Stacey's approach is practical, collaborative, and always centered on what's best for the child.
